Once again.

i made a fool of myself. Maybe.

It’s amazing how your brain can create wild imaginations of something that doesn’t really exist. I guess that’s what makes us different to the rest of animals. We have the capacity to imagine something that is not real. Yet. And we have the capacity to create, invent, innovate, from nothingness to something. The question then progress to whether it will last, sustain, or it will once again.. be gone.

I’d always choose a life with pains and broken hearts and excitements and joy and questions and answers and unanswered questions.. than a life of a simple man who doesn’t know any better. Who lives just for the sake of living. Who prays just because he thinks it can cure his frustrations and unanswered questions. Who believes there’s a certain degree of truth when something is collectively acceptable, but denies his own truth. Who doesn’t seek beyond the beautiful painting which painted by someone else. Who doesn’t try to paint himself, just because he is not a painter.

You get dirty, and you get lonely.. as you try to paint something you have no idea on..

sometimes.

But above all, you get to learn about lines, and shapes, and colors, and expressions, and forms… an art. Your own definition of art.

Even when it’s only you who can understand yourself. Even when you feel misunderstood.

There’s nothing more important than to live a life where you stay true to yourself, and your values.

Because you know, darling, peace comes from within.

It’s a rocky, frustrating, and lonely road you choose.

But it’s oddly peaceful and you deserve nothing less.
